I just realized I haven't mentioned Spencer in any of the songs, so here's one for him.....

If you don't know the tune, go here:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4FDcTyyXQb8

To the tune of “Danny’s Song”
By Loggins & Messina (not the Anne Murray remake)

People smile and tell me that I’m just a pawn
And this game is done, I think I'm gonna be the one
He or she will take me - to the finals, with love
Like a soaring dove, they think that they can rise above

And even though my beard looks funny
I won some Big Brother money
And play-ing this game is what I lo-o-o-o-ve
And in the mornin' when I rise
It brings a tear of joy to my eyes
To think that I sur-vived more than 7 times

Seems as though a month ago, I was “floater guy”
Barely got by, oh I was a sorry guy
Now I smile, I’m hoping for a little bit of fame
Now I'm through with the game, this boy will never be the same

And even though my beard looks funny
I won some Big Brother money
And play-ing this game is what I lo-o-o-o-ve
And in the mornin' when I rise
It brings a tear of joy to my eyes
To think that I sur-vived more than 7 times

Bad thoughts and words, some to me assign
But it’s not in my mind - “I think that little girls are fine”
CBS - a family not quite made of nuns
Season 16’s begun, this year’s forgotten, done

And even though my beard looks funny
I won some Big Brother money
And play-ing this game is what I lo-o-o-o-ve
And in the mornin' when I rise
It brings a tear of joy to my eyes
To think that I sur-vived more than 7 times

Rich and Allison hold our world in a paper cup
Next year up, be better with a little luck
Now it’s time, sharpen your mind, soon Spence is home
His girl’s been alone, she’ll try to earn what Spencer owns

And even though my beard looks funny
I won some Big Brother money
And play-ing this game is what I lo-o-o-o-ve
And in the mornin' when I rise
It brings a tear of joy to my eyes
To think that I sur-vived more than 7 times

Don't know if this will be my last one for the season or not, but here's one for the finale:

If you don't know the tune, go here:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CnQ8N1KacJc

To the tune of “Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)”
By Green Day

Another season gone, another run of shows
Each year our Big Brother obsession seems to grow
We make the best of each season in our mind
Some years are lame, but we tune in all the time
It's something quite predictable
And in the end they're right
We'll watch until the ends of our lives

Forget the racist and disgusting acts so vile
Rude behavior and the bullies spitting bile
Hang on to memories of laughter and smiles
Producers know we’ll be watching all the while
It's something quite predictable
And in the end they're right
We'll watch until the ends of our lives

It's something quite predictable
And in the end they're right
We'll watch until the ends of our lives

It's something quite predictable
And in the end they're right
We'll watch until the ends of our lives

This one is not based on an existing popular song, so there is no tune to reference.  You'll have to imagine one (maybe it will be the same as the one in my head).

PURSUIT OF A SNACK

By Rico

When I was a kid I was told to dream

So I wished upon a star

For glory and power and fortune and fame

And travels of afar

When I was a youth I began my plan

To make my dreams come true

So I studied and learned the ways of the world

Focused on the dreams I pursued

When I was a man I achieved my dreams

I had power and money to spare

I did what I liked and went where I pleased

And lived without a care

Of course I grew older and wiser with age

And realized my mistake

As panic set in with my time running out

A new wish I was desperate to make

I had dreamed for what's fleeting, and whispering to me

Were Regret and Remorse in soft voices:

"No spouse and no kids and fair weather friends

Too late to correct your bad choices"

As I sit in the hallway of my nursing home "jail"

No visits give much time for brooding

All my money has bought is a chair in the hall

Of the "home" with the best brown-rice pudding
