I thought I'd start this thread as a side discussion. Be it in a theater, home video, or cable/sat, let us know what you're viewing. I just watched all three extended editions of Lord Of The Rings. Pure magic and enjoyment. Does not seem like 12 hours. Best in decades!

What film did you just watch?  Wink

Ah yes, Doc Hollywood. I laugh every time he had to punch in on the timeclock.

Watched " Old Dogs" the other day. I found it rather amusing.

Re-watched "A River Runs Through It". Beautiful film directed by Robert Redford. My wife doesn't mind seeing Brad Pitt at all. He is like a young Redford.

"The Illusionist" (again) with Edward Norton. Do yourself a favor and try to see this extremely intelligent film. It's airing on HDNet Movies. Much better that "The Prestige" which came out at the same time.

Another good one is A Brilliant Mind directed by Ron Howard. Russell Crowe was exceptionally convincing in the role of someone developing paranoid schizophrenia and delusional episodes. I could watch that over and over and tear up at the end every time.

You have excellent taste. "A Beautiful Mind" is wonderful. Jennifer Connelly won an Oscar for her role. A must see!
